VP/Chief Development & Marketing Officer for Hosparus Health-the largest nonprofit in Louisville, KY. Under her leadership, the organization completed a $29 million People of Compassion comprehensive campaign & throughout her career, Tawanda has raised over $200 million! Most recently, Tawanda assumed leadership over the marketing department overseeing the Hosparus Health brand & strategic messaging. Before joining Hosparus, Tawanda served as Executive Director at the American Red Cross Bluegrass Chapter in Lexington, KY. These positions, combined with experiences at the University of KY, Norton Healthcare, CHI Saint Joseph, Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, & Metro United Way, provide her with a wide range of nonprofit leadership & philanthropic expertise.
