I was blown away while recording this episode of RNT Fitness Radio. Nisha’s story is exactly why we do what we do at RNT. At only 36 years young, she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. As a mum with two young children, Nisha and her husband were shaken to the core. Fortunately, after gruelling chemotherapy, her body fought it off. At this point, Nisha wanted to get strong, focus on her health, and give herself more “me time”. After seeing her husband Bhavin undergo an awesome transformation with us, she knew where to go. And after seeing my Road To Vegan Shredded series, she wanted to make the switch to vegan at the same time! Fast forward 10 months and Nisha is in the best shape of her life. She’s strong, energetic, confident and a few weeks ago, she got the 100% all clear from her doctor from her cancer.
