Happy Thanksgiving! A year ago today I was in a much different spot and I am thankful for that. I was also reminded from a dream I had last night that I want to keep fighting and staying in my lane. This is not the time for me to leave the race - I am staying in it.I realize this has been a recurring theme in my life, so I wanted to talk more about it. I wasn't planning to make an episode like this today but I think it's fitting. Last year I'd just finished therapy and was just getting back into running.Today I am running WAY more and I have a book out so there's definitely been some serious progress.
