In Philippians 3:8 (NIV) the Bible says, ”What is more, I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them garbage, that I may gain Christ”   The message series  Losing, Sacrificing, Suffering and Dying  continues with Reverend Lindsay preaching about the “Power of Sacrifice”. Sacrifice is power. We as Christians often have taken for granted the power of God. How that power dwells in us.When we speak Heaven should hear, when we speak satan should fear, when we speak evil should clear. That type of power is what we carry in Jesus' name. There are three powerful effects of sacrifice.Sacrifice causes people to follow, it causes people to be convinced about you,and lastly causes people to be  committed to you.   Let us walk in the glorious power of God through our sacrifices for Him and His Kingdom's sake!
