It's part 2 of our Albums of the Year 2019, which means we are closer than ever to the inevitable back-tracking of Mr. Stephen Hill and his admission that Weezer's Teal Album is not only the best album of the year, but quite possibly the best piece of art ever created in the history of mankind.  But will that actually happen or will he default to his usual position and claim that Fucked Up's Does Your Dreams is in fact the best record of 2019 (despite coming out in 2018).
