In early September of 2021, Kevin Winters disappeared from Lahaina, Hawaii, after spending an evening doing what he enjoyed most: going out for dinner and a few drinks. Kevin was seen on a surveillance camera at an ATM late on September 2 and again at the same ATM the following morning.
