Melissa Braswell owner with her husband Jason of Big Island Running Company in Kona & Hilo shares stories about the many new and seasoned runners that enjoy the social aspect of their complimentary running programs in Kailua-Village. Anyone can participate on Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm and Saturday at 6:30am. The programs include a Couch to 5K and a Tuesday Trot in partnership with the Kailua Village Improvement District from Big Island Running Company at Coconut Grove Marketplace thru Kailua Village to Makeao Community Park and back for walkers and runners.
