हाल ही में पंजाब ने अपना बजट पेश किया, और उसी के साथ एक "white paper" भी। इस बजट के चर्चा में रहने के कई कारण थे। एक ये भी, कि पिछले कुछ समय में पंजाब ने आमदनी की सूची में ख़ुद को उन्नीसवें स्थान पर गिरते हुए देखा है।ये हमारी नई कोशिश "एक सवाल, कई जवाब" का एक और अंक है। इस बार का सवाल है- "पंजाब अव्वल नम्बर से उन्नीसवें पर कैसे आगया?"Recently, the Punjab govt. presented the state budget, and with it, a "white paper". There were many reasons for this budget to be the talk of the town. One of them being, Punjab's fall to the nineteenth position.This is another part of our new endeavor "One Question, Many Answers".
