Your a good person. You pay your premium. You submit a claim. Why is SIU (Special Investigations Unit) showing up at your door? Sometimes when you submit a claim you will not only be working with the adjuster assigned to handle your claim, but you may also be speaking with an investigator. Claims sometimes have questions and answers are needed. When a Special Investigator shows up to your door do you know what he/she may ask? Do you know if you have to cooperate?
