We discuss whether or not the Bucs would actually take Robinson at 19th overall and how that could be a very risky move.Former Seattle Seahawks safety Ryan Neal agreed to a one-year deal with the Bucs, giving Antoine Winfield Jr. some help on the back end of the defense.
