The Carolina Panthers have begun their search for a new head coach as former Indianapolis Colts and Detroit Lions head coach Jim Caldwell interviewed for the job on Monday and Panthers interim head coach Steve Wilks interviewed on Tuesday.The Panthers have also sent out several requests to current NFL offensive coordinators. Ben Johnson (Lions), Mike Kafka (Giants), Shane Steichen (Eagles), and Ken Dorsey (Bills) have all received requests to interview in Carolina. What do they all have in common?
