Julian Council begins the show by reflecting on the tragic shooting involving three University of Virginia football players that included one from the Charlotte area, along with two other students.Surprisingly, on Monday morning Baker Mayfield was named the Carolina Panthers starting QB on Sunday at Baltimore. Apparently, PJ Walker sustained an unreported ankle injury in the victory Thursday night against Atlanta. Walker will miss this week while Mayfield gets the nod over Sam Darnold. Should Darnold be starting instead of Mayfield?Walker joins Darnold and Mayfield in having suffered a high ankle sprain on the Bank of America Stadium turf. Those three aren't the only players to be injured on that field. Do the Panthers have a turf issue? How related are the three QB injuries to that surface?
