Trent Paulson wrestled for Iowa State after going 192-2 in HS in the wrestling rich state of Iowa with 115 falls. He and his Twin Brother Travis had a combined record of 363-5 . Trent won 2 state titles and the Dave Schultz excellence award as a senior. At ISU he was coached by legends Bobby Douglas and eventually Cael Sanderson. He and his twin brother Travis were both 3x All Americans and Trent brought home the NCAA title in 07. Both went on to make a World team. Trent in 09 and Travis the following year. They are now assistant coaches at Virginia working along side Steve Garland. Trent Paulson is cool, and a stud. Have a listen!
