See Me After Class

This week we have our first round of Parent-Teacher conferences. This was a brilliant opportunity to examine this 'elaborate dance' from both sides of the table. We discovered that we all see great value in these moments - but we did discover that there are definitely some misconceptions to dispel, and we explored a range of alternatives to the classic "40-interviews-at-7-minute-interviews" marathon. As always, we also canvassed the students and gathered some of their views. Do you love parent interviews?
