The next edition of the Local Selection Mix comes from Jowy, a Dublin-based DJ with origins in Ghana, India, and Surinam who was born in Amsterdam. The rising DJ’s introduction into the Dublin scene was through community-based workshops, which she has been running herself as her career advances. Her path began with the Dublin crew Skin&Blister, where she honed her skills. In recent times the magnetic sector has shared the stage with industry stalwarts Bakey, Conducta, Jeff Mills, Sammy Virji, Amor Satyr, and others.
