The first three years of Jaycee Horn's NFL career haven't gone according to plan. Horn has dealt with a series of injury misfortune, which has caused him to miss 29 games through those three seasons. It's undeniable that when Horn plays he's among the top cornerbacks in the NFL. The only issue has been Horn's availability.
