We are meeting with Aicha Bascaro. Aicha is the Founder & CEO of the American Franchise Academy® (AFA) and a 30+ year veteran in the franchise industry. Aicha has lived in 14 countries working with master franchisor organizations, leading franchise companies, and managing franchise operations for brands like Domino’s Pizza, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Olive Garden. Her passion is working with franchise leaders focused on growth, financial and time freedom. Aicha is a coach, speaker, and author of Amazon Best-Selling books “The Franchise Fix” and “Multi-Unit Franchise Mastery”. The AFA is celebrating its 8th anniversary in 2024 and focuses on helping franchisees turn their one-unit franchise job into a multi-unit enterprise through systems that increase employee retention and productivity, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
