Host Akiko Katayama is joined by Yuji Haraguchi of Yuji Ramen, Okonomi, Osakana, and the newly opened Kyoto-style sushi restaurant Okozushi, all in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He also has a restaurant in Kyoto called Lorimer Kyoto.
