BNP Paribas' Dailey says small-cap rally is real and has legs

Geoff Dailey, head of U.S. equities at BNP Paribas Asset Management, says in The Big Interview that he thinks "Any pullback should be bought" right now, noting that concerns over the economy, inflation, the strength of the consumer and more will add some volatility but are not likely to derail the market.
