If you think that Congress inviting a genocidal war criminal to speak at Congress was an aberration, you need to flip through the pages of US history. It was thoroughly on-brand, as was the disdain with which lawmakers looked upon their own constituents calling for peace in the streets. And they did more than call for peace - protestors created some beautiful chaos over the course of Netanyahu's visit, not least of all through blocking streets, surrounding the war criminal's hotel, and releasing some creepy crawlies inside the hotel.  Meanwhile, the threat of a regional, if not all out world war looms larger and larger with each passing day of Israel's belligerence - how long will other countries stand aside and watch the gen0cide?
