Two-year-old James Bulger went missing while out shopping with his mother on February 12, 1993. CCTV footage captured James being taken by 2 young boys and led out of the mall. A few days after James went missing, his body was found near railroad tracks, mutilated and split in half. Savannah dives deep into the horrid details of James' final moments, as well as the capture of the two ten-year-old boys, Robert Thompson and Jon Venables, thus becoming the youngest modern murders in the history of Britain.
