He is QWEL Certified licensed landscaper and was the American Rose Society “Rising Star” award recipient. His day job is as a Data Scientist for Northrop Grumman Space Systems. In 2021 Mark founded a worker’s co-op committed to water conservation. Perfume Punk specializes in low-water rose gardens and as of 2024, the co-op has planted over 2,000 roses and saved over 300,000,000 gallons of water.
