Locked On Panthers

The Carolina Panthers open up the preseason on Thursday night in New England as they face the Patriots. Panthers starting QB Bryce Young will not be on the field as head coach Dave Canales has opted to hold Young out for at least the first preseason game. Starting for Carolina  at QB will be rookie Jack Plummer. Plummer has spent the entire offseason and camp as the Panthers third quarterback after going undrafted last spring. Canales has expressed his desire to have three quarterbacks on the active roster.
