Immigration Minister Marc Miller announced in May that Canada’s temporary visa program for Gazans would be expanded, from 1000 to 5000. But eight months into the program, only 206 people have actually made it over to Canada  - and to do so, they had to find their own ways out of Gaza.Meanwhile, thousands of Gazans are still waiting to hear back on the status of their applications. What is going on?
