Sunday Messages

In this section of scripture, we can imagine ourselves in a courtroom with a CHARGE against us (vs 9), a 14 count INDICTMENT (vs 10-18), a DEFENSE (vs 19c - "...that every mouth will be stopped"), the VERDICT (vs 19d - "...and all the world may become guilty before God."), and a SENTENCE (vs 20). We find ourselves guilty before a pure and holy God. Yes, through the good news of the blood of Christ, our penalty has been paid and we are sanctified!
