Send us a textMark Agnew (28) is a Scottish ultrarunner, ocean rower, climber, adventurer and sports journalist living in Hong Kong. He's writes for the South China Morning Post with an emphasis on extreme sports and mountain ultra trail running.Mark was on a panel discussion in episode 493 of Trail Runner Nation. When I heard him talk about the amazing trail running scene in Hong Kong and China I immediately contacted him to get him on the NEDA Podcast. Apart from running long distances  Mark also enjoys rowing long distances. He has attempted to row across the Atlantic twice(!) and is now planning to be the first to complete the Northwest Passage, connecting the Atlantic and Pacific oceans through the Arctic Ocean.
