Vann Russell is the managing director of Arlington Capital Advisors, located in Birmingham Alabama. Vann worked at Deloitte in Birmingham, AL for 11 years before going to work at Arlington. Throughout the last several years, Arlington has led the standard for mergers and acquisitions in various industries, most recently being craft beer. Doing deals with large family owned breweries such as Sweetwater & Dogfish Head, Arlington has become the number one investment banking firm in the world in the craft beer scene. Vann has gotten to play a major role in helping these family owned business reach their full potential while still focusing on the importance of building strong relationships. Vann will hopefully be back to tell some more stories and talk about incredible entrepreneurs doing incredible things.
