On the final Friday of every month we take a moment to honor a local law enforcement professional who has went "Above and Beyond the Badge". This month we honor Master Officer Crystal Hailey of the Chesterfield County Police Department. Originally from New York, Officer Hailey serves the community and her fellow officers in their Wellness Program and she sit down with Jeff to talk all about it. Thank you for your service to the community as we salute you as the September recipient of the Lieutenant Jan McTernana Blue Friday Award.
