In this episode, Doug interviews Larry Black. Larry is the Director of Security Sales for the Northeastern United States for Diebold where he is responsible for all security solutions and sales in the Northeastern United States He started working for Diebold in 1984 as an account manager and has been promoted 4 times to get to his current position. At Diebold, he has achieved the Master's Circle 14 times every year from 1984-2000 with the exception of 1990. Larry has his Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and got his undergrad in business and marketing from the University of Evansville. He is on the board of the Butler YMCA and for the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation (Serving Leader). He enjoys biking, weightlifting, skiing, and reading. He has 3 children, Bethany, Joe, and Emily, and has been married to his wife Pam for over 30 years!
