Inspiring West Virginians

This is the inspiring story of a cutting edge heart surgeon who grew up the son of an African-American coal miner in the one of the poorest regions of West Virginia. The youngest of 11 children, as a child Cousins promised himself that when he grew up, he would return to his roots to help others with health problems similar to his father's. After receiving a top class medical education, that's exactly what he did.
