Third Eye Science

The week leading up to the new moon in Aries was incredibly intense for me. Through living my life as a spiritual being having a human experience, I've been made aware that I didn't fully allow myself to deepen into the awareness of freedom and acceptance.  I knew intellectually that the only time we really feel freedom and acceptance is when it comes from ourselves. And yet, it wasn't until this past week that I feel like I began to fully integrate this truth into my being. When we can fully accept ourselves, then we can accept others and be free of judgment and fear, which in turn allows us to fully receive the love that is all around us. As we all navigate this world, it is so important that we dedicate time and presence to self-care, self-love, and ultimately, the love that we are.
