As we walk through this tremendously transformative moment in our collective history, you may be feeling a little overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or fearful. No matter who you are, it's intense right now and these feelings are a totally reasonable reaction to this energy. In this episode, I discuss how it is not only appropriate but imperative, to ask for help. It's time to lean on your teachers, healers, loved ones, and—most importantly—your Soul and your team of Light. There are countless benevolent beings in the Cosmos who want us to succeed in this Earth experiment we are undergoing and they want to help.  All you have to do is ask and then listen to the guidance you received through your spiritual practice and intuitive wisdom.
