The last few weeks have been incredibly intense, yet transformative. As truth rises to the surface, we are all being called to listen, acknowledge that truth, process our feelings without pouring them all over others, and become an ally to the black community and all people of color. In this episode, I talk about how I'm examining my white privilege, educating myself about the systemic racism and implicit bias in the US and the world, and how I process all of these emotions that are coming up within me and in the collective. This juncture we are in together is one we will look back on as a major shift in our lives.
