It's that time of year again—Mercury Retrograde. How many times have you heard people say this with disdain or after some issue happens and they blame it on Mercury. While pop astrology might have you believe that it's time to stay home and batten down the hatches, I think it's an opportunity to evaluate—or reevaluate—how you communicate with yourself and others. Yes, there will be issues with electronics, travel and miscommunication. But if you allow yourself to go with the flow, have patience and compassion, you can have a beautiful and creative few weeks of self-awareness. It is also Pisces season and we just underwent a new moon in Pisces, so I talk about how this makes the energy even more supportive for going deep into your thought forms, emotions and heart.
