Since the young age of 16 Adam has only ever had two employers but don't let that fool you, this is no ordinary story. Knowing that university wasn’t the right path for him, Adam started work at a local restaurant without knowing what he wanted to do in his career. After a management change, his hand was forced and he took a new role in a call centre for a bank. He wanted to make the move into a “career job” with multiple opportunities. Adam Started at the bottom and work up to the highest level he wanted to be in the call centre, a duty manager. Often one to shy away from discomfort, Adam went for a secondment role in financial crime at the bank's headquarters in London.
