#176 Releasing the Shame of Grief

Informações:

Sinopse

This is an episode I felt called to share as I sit with my feelings of grief. The things I share on my show are ways in which humans connect, how we keep it moving, and ultimately what brings us back to our souls and our light.  Grief is a subject I speak on around the world, and it is felt so strongly within me this week. The ways we express grief are uniquely ours and we truly honor the deceased by being the truest versions of ourself. When we play. When we dance. When we sing or have a moment of pure bliss looking at a tree in the wind, we are in connection with souls, and we honor them by living the fullest life we can. By healing, growing, learning, shedding perfectionism,  and sharing our feelings, and not being ashamed of our grief. Instead of all of that, calling in compassion. In the words of Francis Weller- We are all grievers, and we have to hold one another in our collective grief. Thank you for tuning in.  Upcoming- Women's Connection Circle November 11th.
