Freedom is where we experience ourselves most fully and connect with others. Carl Faure cut his teeth in the electronic music and club scene of the late 90’s early 00’s which gave the generation at the time spaces to seek liberation and freedom from the world around them, leading ultimately to a disconnection with himself. We talk with Carl about the connection between the club scene and the yoga scene, that changing face of the practice and what it means to him and his ideas on Carls passionate and relaxed approach to the practice of yoga, and how he creates a connection much like the music he made back in the day. With his Stretch yoga studios in East London, they are fast becoming a new counter culture and space for like minds to connect and share movement experiences in.
