Though raised in Texas, they now live in Bradenton, Florida, where they are near their son and grandson. Dr. Denison was a senior pastor for 31 years, a church planter, and a university Board chairman three times. He also served as chaplain for the Houston Rocket’s NBA franchise, and is author of 12 books, including Jesus & the 12 Steps, Porn in the Pew, and his newest release, Advanced Recovery.
