The former United States just crossed the Rubicon; how do we thrive?Jesus tells us that we will face troubles. I don't say this lightly, but the former United States has crossed the Rubicon. It can never be the same again and we must ask the question, how do we thrive? I can point to many angles in the news, such as a Democratic member of Congress who threatened to have a reporter arrested for asking a question or members of our government who are obvious Hamas sympathizers or the senility of the Figurehead. But these things aren't the Rubicon. A man named Douglass Mackey is going to prison for seven months for posting a pro Trump meme. While this same joke was shared by others, only charges were filed against him because of his pro Trump stance. We have crossed the Rubicon. How do we thrive?What does God’s Word say?
