This week, in Red Springs, North Carolina, a man with a long history of violent behavior goes way too far, and a young g woman ends up dead, sending the town into a panic, because this isn't the only recent murder of a young woman. The question is, how many more are there? Is he being railroaded, or have his actions railroaded others?
