Earlier this month the Giving USA Foundation released its annual report on charitable giving. At what may have been the height of the US financial crisis in 2009 giving was down by 3.6 percent. We'll talk with the leaders of local giving organizations about the forecast for charitable giving as the economy begins to recover.
