This group of citizens grew concerned about the actions of their County Board of Supervisors and decided to petition the circuit court to ask that the officials be removed. What happened next took them by surprise - the judge who received the petitions threw them out and fined the group $80,000. They have appealed the fines and the Virginia Supreme Court will hear their case later this month - tune in to learn more about this fascinating group.
