I brought my friend Wade Lightheart on. Wade is one of the founders of Bioptimizers, one of the bosses there. And I asked him to address what is the hardest thing about doing hard things? And he gave me an answer I thought was interesting in regard to the mental capability to do hard things. One of them is to admit to yourself that you are going to fail.
