The NBA is back next week, so we decided to go team by team and break down the East. We start from the basement and discuss how many teams will be under .500, who needs to tank, and who will slip into the playoffs. Then we talk about the top half of the East, with who we believe can make the jump and who will fall off. We close with the Cavs and Celtics, and we make our picks for who we like to go to the Finals.
