Last year, a group of Christian musicians tried to sue Katy Perry for copyright infringement, claiming her hit “Dark Horse” replicated their 2008 song “Joyful Noise.” We're told in Scripture not to drag our fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord into court. Scriptures exhort us to resolve our differences in love, using recourse within our local body of Christ, and to be at peace with one another. But, what about situations with those who are not of the household of faith? Should a Christian take a non-Christian to court?
