We dive into a thought process evaluating the motives of the decision-makers in education. How does this affect education at the local and school level? Hiring practices of schools are very important for the future of the school. We put too much emphasis on athletics & fine arts, it seems as though education falls third in the order of emphasis.  We must re-evaluate this focus.
