This week as we had on badass MMA fighter and Colosseum combat WW champion Ian Pomfret on the show as well as our boy Clint Smith who is the owner and operator of Lion and Gazelle which is a BJJ based apparel company. Clint and Ian train out of the same gym here in Indianapolis and Clint is one of Ian’s many sponsors for his MMA career.  Both Clint and Ian are avid BJJ practitioners, they regularly attend and participate in BJJ tournaments, and in Ian’s case he wins them all.
