Our students need to see that we as teachers are willing to say sorry.  I'm confident that too often teachers are placed on this high pedestal that makes them feel like they have to maintain a perfect status, which is impossible.  This podcast episode was a raw audio clip of me walking you through my mindset of why I felt the need to apologize to all of my students.
