We had Welterweight Champion Ian Pomfret back on the podcast along with his good buddy and fellow Colosseum Combat Champion in the Featherweight division Mr. Beatdown Extraordinaire himself Christian King Jones! Ian and Christian both just came off of dominant title defense this past weekend at Colosseum Combat and we were lucky enough to get them on to talk to us about there title fights. We also bullshitted with these two great guys, got to know Christians background and know him a little bit better, as well as many other exciting MMA things.
