How sweet it is, how sweet it is!!! The Clemson Tigers Men’s Basketball Team is dancing well into March after two dominating performances against New Mexico State and Auburn in the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament and is now on their way to the Sweet Sixteen for the first time in more than two decades. Clemson's three-headed monster guard trio of Gabe Devoe, Shelton Mitchell and Marquise Reed have been an unstoppable force early on as they’ve combined to average 54 points per game through the first two contests with Elijah Thomas dominating down low. The Tigers now turn their attention towards a talented but flawed Kansas Jayhawks team that was tested by 16-seed Penn and escaped 8-seed Seton Hall with a narrow victory. However, this experienced squad and storied program should pose the greatest challenge the Tigers have faced all year but, as we’ve seen so far, no team is safe in this tournament.
